Balenciaga’s leather Rodeo Shoulder Bag features a top handle for a comfortable and stylish grip. The front closure features a flap and swivel, adding a distinctive and functional detail. Applied keychain detail on the top handle. The removable shoulder strap is attached by snap hooks, allowing it to be carried either on the shoulder or by hand. Inside, the bag offers single interior compartment, ideal for organizing essentials. In addition, there are metal feet at the base of the bag to protect it and keep it in place.

Do you accept returns?
We offer a 14-day return policy, counting from the day the parcel was received. Any returns sent by postal services will not be accepted.
To approve a return, please, follow our instructions to submit a return request below:
- Ship the return back within 14 days of receiving your order, and make sure to use a shipping method with an active tracking number.
- Please send your return using UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns sent via regular postal services, and such returns will be declined.

What to do in case a wrong/damaged item was delivered?
In case a damaged or wrong product was delivered, the customer is required to submit a return request, and attach photos clearly showing the tag, the item itself, and its defect within 14 days after delivery. We will send a return label and refund the order once received back.
