Embellished with side buckles and a leather patch with the distinctive VLogo Signature metallic element, this bag can be comfortably worn on the shoulder, cross-body, or by hand thanks to its double leather handles and adjustable, removable shoulder strap. Do you accept returns?
We offer a 14-day return policy, counting from the day the parcel was received. Any returns sent by postal services will not be accepted.

- Ship the return back within 14 days of receiving your order, and make sure to use a shipping method with an active tracking number.
- Please send your return using UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns sent via regular postal services, and such returns will be declined.

What to do in case a wrong/damaged item was delivered?
In case a damaged or wrong product was delivered, the customer is required to submit a return request, and attach photos clearly showing the tag, the item itself, and its defect within 14 days after delivery. We will send a return label and refund the order once received back.
