We provide worldwide shipping with leading delivery service companies: DHL, FedEx and UPS.

We provide Express and Economy delivery options, and the delivery times depend on the order’s destination:

  • For orders in the US: 5 – 7 business days
  • For orders in the EU, delivery times are: Express delivery: 1-3 business days Economy delivery: 3-5 business days

 

We offer a 14-day return policy, counting from the day the parcel was received. Any returns sent by postal services will not be accepted.

To approve a return, please, follow our instructions to submit a return request below:

  • Ship the return back within 14 days of receiving your order, and make sure to use a shipping method with an active tracking number.
  • Please send your return using UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns sent via regular postal services, and such returns will be declined.

In case a damaged or wrong product was delivered, the customer is required to submit a return request, and attach photos clearly showing the tag, the item itself, and its defect within 14 days after delivery. We will send a return label and refund the order once received back.

We use flat shipping rate of $4.99 for shipping within US and $12.99 for international shipping.

Attention: Time to received goods = Handling Time + Delivery Time

Depending on the product, the production time will vary depending on the complexity of the product. With normal products, the handling time is about 1 – 3 days.

Delivery times for most products are estimated as follows:
