We offer a 14-day return policy, counting from the day the parcel was received. Any returns sent by postal services will not be accepted.

To approve a return, please, follow our instructions to submit a return request below:

  • Ship the return back within 14 days of receiving your order, and make sure to use a shipping method with an active tracking number.
  • Please send your return using UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns sent via regular postal services, and such returns will be declined.

In case a damaged or wrong product was delivered, the customer is required to submit a return request, and attach photos clearly showing the tag, the item itself, and its defect within 14 days after delivery. We will send a return label and refund the order once received back.

We use flat shipping rate of $4.99 for shipping within US and $12.99 for international shipping.
